 Our
Company, operating since 1966 on 68,410 square meters of surface
area, with 11,000 of these covered, was awarded on 25th
June 1994 by the Chamber of Commerce of Vicenza with a gold
medal because "during its long and continuous career it has
succeeded in reaching special results in the application of the
most modern indications of the techno-social progress".
From several years the
Company has owned the ISO 9001 certification, that in 2003 was
converted in ISO 9001:2000 without exclusions.
The plant is
equipped with inside overhead travelling cranes, outside gantry
cranes of 20 tons., with truck cranes and 20 ton-carrying
electric trucks on trails to connect departments. A
very modern central supply system provides workers with oxygen,
acetylene, and compressed air. The
welding department is equipped with automatic and semiautomatic
bare wire and cored wire systems, all of which are operated by
specialized workers. The
new lines have automatic, CN controls, pantograph, and
compressed air programming. Working machines are equipped with
sliding servo-table.
Our production
capacity is equal to 2000 tons. per month. The engineering
office has specialized technicians and design draftsmen that in
collaboration with sells office proposes cheaper solutions
respecting customers requirements.
These
characteristics enable us to produce high quality materials with
test certificates. We dispose of special laboratories, where we
test the quality of the bought and sold materials. Our
tests are especially severe for electric welds, where X-ray,
ultra-sound and magnetic waves equipment are used for checks.
Our products do not require
the usual maintenance for sand blasting and painting, or
galvanizing baths. We
are also able to cold cut beams up to 1300 mm. high and sheel up
to 300 mm. thick, thus preventing a damaging heat stressing of
the materials. Assembly
bays with efficient equipment including 4 truck cranes rating
from 25 to 100 tons, 20 semitrailers and 4 field-workshops with
containers.
